A meeting of two worlds united by a shared devotion to craftsmanship, beauty and imagination, the collaboration brings together Guerlain’s nearly two centuries of perfumery heritage and Begüm Khan’s dreamlike universe, shaped by Istanbul, Ottoman artistry and the wonders of nature.
At the heart of the creation is the Guerlinade, Guerlain’s emblematic olfactory signature composed of bergamot, rose, jasmine, iris, tonka bean and vanilla. For this exceptional edition, its ingredients leave the realm of scent and come to life as a precious garden blooming across the bottle.
A GARDEN OF JEWELS
For Begüm Khan, nature has always been a world of fantasy.
Flowers, insects and unexpected creatures are transformed into intricate jewels, each one carrying a sense of wonder, character and playfulness. For the Bee Bottle, this universe unfolds into an extraordinary garden where jasmine, roses, bergamot and vanilla blossoms mingle with shimmering bees and frogs.
Sculpted in bronze, plated in 24-carat gold and illuminated with thousands of individually set stones, the garden appears to grow organically around the iconic bottle.
Part fragrance, part jewel, part objet d’art, the creation blurs the boundaries between perfumery and jewellery.
CRAFTED IN ISTANBUL
Each Bee Bottle is adorned by hand in Begüm Khan’s Istanbul atelier.
The jewel enveloping the bottle is crafted in bronze, plated with 24-carat fine gold and set with 8,353 stones, each placed individually using the pavé technique.
Nearly ten days of meticulous work are required to complete a single piece.
Rooted in centuries-old traditions of Ottoman craftsmanship yet constantly reimagined through contemporary techniques, the piece embodies the philosophy at the heart of Begüm Khan: preserving the beauty of the past while transforming it into something unexpected for today.
No two pieces are entirely alike. The hand of the artisan remains present in every flower, every creature and every stone.

With a 30% concentration, vanilla reveals itself in a warm, velvety and deeply sensual composition. Spicy nuances unfold into a soft musky trail, illuminated by opoponax, Guerlain’s iconic amber accord.
